Business identity

TRI Development & Properties is the property-development brand of TR Haven Realty Ghana Limited. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, contracts, receipts, invoices and payment instructions are issued by TR Haven Realty Ghana Limited.

Website purpose

This website introduces TRI’s real-estate services and selected opportunities in Ghana. Using it does not by itself create an agency, sale, tenancy, development or investment agreement. A binding engagement must be recorded separately in writing.

Property information and availability

Prices, measurements, photographs, descriptions, availability and other listing information may be supplied by owners, developers or representatives and remain subject to confirmation, inspection and written agreement. Inspiration images are not presented as confirmed listing media. A property may be withdrawn, reserved or changed without notice.

Independent checks

Clients should appoint qualified independent Ghanaian legal, surveying, tax and financial professionals where appropriate. TRI does not replace those advisers and does not guarantee ownership, title, boundaries, condition, planning status, investment return or future value.

Viewing and engagement fees

Purchase-viewing request: US$30.
Rental-viewing request: US$30.
Initial owner listing and marketing engagement: US$100.

These are service or engagement charges, not deposits toward a property purchase or rent. Additional approved marketing, production, travel, cleaning or professional costs may be quoted separately.

Cancellations and refunds

Online payment is not currently active. Before any fee is paid directly, TRI will provide written confirmation of the service, amount, appointment or work to be performed, and the applicable cancellation or refund terms. Do not pay if those terms have not been supplied. Once an agreed service has been performed or approved costs have been incurred, the corresponding amount may be non-refundable where stated in the written engagement.

Payment safety

Only pay against written instructions that identify the service, amount, recipient and payment channel. Independently confirm any changed bank or Mobile Money instructions using TRI’s published telephone number. Never send a password, one-time code, card PIN or banking login information.

Enquiries and communication

Email and WhatsApp links prepare a message on your device. You must review and send it. Availability of email, WhatsApp or another third-party service is outside TRI’s control.

Responsible use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, copy materials unlawfully or submit false, unlawful or misleading information.

Governing context

TRI operates in Ghana, and separate signed transaction or service documents will contain the terms applicable to each matter. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
